We recommend carefully reviewing the information provided before completing your purchase in order to avoid possible errors.
Your order or booking will be confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. At that moment, you will receive an email with the order summary and the corresponding details.
Payments can be made using the payment methods available on the website at the time of purchase (such as card payment, Bizum, PayPal or other enabled options).
Once payment has been completed, the order enters the preparation process after 24 hours. Bookings, however, are confirmed immediately.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in justified cases, such as errors in the information provided, suspected fraudulent use, operational reasons or lack of material availability.
5. Prices and payment
All prices are indicated in euros, include applicable taxes, and are valid in our online shop.
Shipping costs, where applicable, are calculated according to the weight and size of the order and are displayed during the checkout process before completing the purchase.
We try to keep prices updated and consistent with our work, but we reserve the right to modify them at any time. In any case, the price in force at the time of purchase will always apply.
6. Products
Availability
All our production is handmade and, therefore, availability may be limited. Some pieces may not be in stock at the time of purchase.
In these cases, the piece will be made to order. The estimated production and shipping time may be up to 3 weeks. If this situation occurs, we will always inform you before proceeding with the order.
Characteristics and quality
Each piece is handmade and may therefore present slight variations in shape, colour or finish. These differences are part of their unique character and are not considered defects.
Materials
We work with high-quality materials selected to ensure the durability and resistance of each piece. They are food-safe unless expressly stated otherwise in the product description.
Care and maintenance
In general, all pieces are microwave and dishwasher safe unless otherwise stated in the product description.
We recommend handling them with care and avoiding impacts or sudden temperature changes to ensure better preservation.
Liability of use
We are not responsible for damage resulting from improper use of the products.
Warranty
All our products are covered by the applicable legal warranty in accordance with current regulations.
This warranty covers possible manufacturing defects or quality issues not resulting from normal or improper use of the product.
If you detect any issue, we recommend contacting us and we will review the case in order to offer an appropriate solution.
7. Shipping
We take great care in preparing each order so it arrives in the best possible condition.
Shipping times and costs are displayed during the checkout process and may vary depending on the destination.
For pieces available in stock, shipping will be carried out within the usual timeframes. If the piece must be made to order, delivery times may be longer, and we will always inform you in advance.
Although we do our best to meet the indicated delivery times, these are estimates only. Our work is handmade and may be affected by external factors.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. In the event of an incorrect address or failed delivery, any additional costs resulting from a new shipment will be borne by the customer.
We are not responsible for delays or incidents caused by the shipping service.
Packages not collected or returned for reasons beyond our control are non-refundable. In these cases, a new shipment may be arranged at the corresponding cost.
Damaged products
We do everything possible to ensure that products arrive in perfect condition.
If any item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
To process the incident, photographs of the product and packaging will be required. Once the case has been reviewed, we will offer an appropriate solution.
8. Exchanges and returns
Please, read our Return and refund policy.
9. Workshops and experiences
Booking
The displayed price is per person and includes all materials necessary for the activity.
Minimum age
By making a booking, you declare that you are over 18 years old or have the authorisation of a responsible adult. Minors under the age of 16 must be accompanied.
Capacity and language
Workshops have limited places and may be conducted in Catalan, Spanish or English.
Location
The workshops take place in Pòrtol (Mallorca). Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive all the necessary information.
Punctuality
We recommend arriving on time in order to enjoy the experience from the beginning. In case of delay, workshop time cannot be recovered.
Booking changes and cancellations
Please, refer to our Return and refund policy.
Rescheduling
Workshops require a minimum number of participants in order to take place. For this reason, and also due to organisational, logistical or force majeure reasons, we reserve the right to modify or reschedule a workshop. In these cases, a suitable alternative will be offered. You can find more information in our Return and refund policy.
Participation and responsibility
Workshops involve a manual activity using ceramic tools and materials.
Each participant is responsible for using the tools carefully and following the instructions given during the activity.
We recommend wearing comfortable clothes that may get dirty.
We are not responsible for stains, damage or injuries resulting from improper use of materials or failure to follow the provided instructions.
We reserve the right to interrupt or limit participation in the workshop in the event of inappropriate behaviour that may affect the development of the activity, the safety or the experience of the other participants. In these cases, the booking will be considered used.
Size of the pieces
During the workshops we work with small or medium-sized pieces designed to be properly created, handled and fired within the workshop timeframe and processes.
For this reason, pieces must fit within an area of 30 × 30 cm.
If you have a specific idea in mind, we recommend discussing it with us before or during the workshop, and we will help adapt it to a suitable format.
Collection of the pieces
Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on workload and the natural timing of the ceramic process.
Once the firing process has been completed, pieces made during the workshops must be collected within the following 6 months. After this period, we reserve the right to dispose of them as we consider appropriate.
If needed, we can also arrange shipping. Shipping costs will be calculated according to the destination and dimensions of the shipment and must be paid separately.
Results of the pieces
Ceramics is a handmade and manual process involving different stages.
We do everything possible to ensure that each piece successfully reaches the final stage and can be delivered in the best possible condition. However, throughout the process, pieces may experience changes in shape, texture or finish and, in some cases, may develop cracks, deformities or even break.
This variability is part of the very nature of ceramics and the unique character of each piece. For this reason, we cannot guarantee exact results or the complete preservation of all pieces until the end of the process.
Image rights
During workshops we may take photographs or videos for communication and promotional purposes on our website and/or social media.
Whenever possible, we will avoid directly identifying individuals.
If you prefer not to appear in any image, simply let us know before or during the workshop, and we will fully respect your wishes.
10. Gift cards
Gift cards allow you to offer an experience to another person in a flexible way.
- Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Transferable.
- Not linked to any specific activity or date.
- Non-refundable.
- Cannot be exchanged for cash.
Once received, the recipient may book a date subject to availability.
Workshop schedules, formats and availability may vary over time. For this reason, gift cards do not guarantee access to a specific workshop, but rather to the experiences available at the time of booking.
If the value of the gift card does not fully cover the price of the selected activity at the time of booking, the remaining amount can be paid separately.
Gift cards cannot be replaced in the event of loss, expiration or non-use.
11. Errors and availability
Although we review the contents carefully, we reserve the right to correct possible errors, modify information or cancel orders if any issue is detected.
12. Force majeure
We are not responsible for delays, modifications or cancellations resulting from causes beyond our control, such as illness, external incidents or unforeseen situations.
In the case of workshops, these situations may involve rescheduling the activity or issuing a voucher.
13. Partial invalidity
If any part of these terms is considered unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid.
14. Communications
We will communicate primarily by email, using the contact details provided during the purchase or booking process.
15. Modifications
These terms may be updated at any time. We recommend reviewing them periodically. Last updated: December 2025.
16. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish law.
For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of Palma (Balearic Islands).
