Welcome to the Shipping Policy of Pòrtol Pots. Here you will find information about order preparation, delivery times, shipping costs and possible issues related to shipping and delivery.
1. Order preparation
We take great care in preparing each order so that it arrives in the best possible condition.
For items that are in stock, shipping will take place within the usual timeframes.
If an item needs to be made to order, preparation and delivery times may be longer. If this is the case, we will always inform you before proceeding.
2. Delivery times and shipping costs
Delivery times and shipping costs are displayed during the checkout process and may vary depending on the destination.
Although we do everything possible to meet the estimated delivery times, these are indicative only. Our work is handmade and may be affected by external factors.
We currently ship within Spain, the European Union and selected international destinations.
Any applicable taxes, customs duties or additional charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
3. Delivery and shipping issues
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to provide accurate shipping information.
In the event of an incorrect address or failed delivery, any additional costs resulting from a new shipment will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
We are not responsible for delays or issues arising from the shipping service.
Packages that are not collected or are returned for reasons beyond our control are non-refundable. In these cases, a new shipment may be arranged once the corresponding costs have been paid.
