Club Acces: book your sessions online through the members’ calendar, according to your plan. |

Rescheduling: need to change your day? Just contact us—we’ll do our best to find a new date for you. |

Cancellations and refunds: we don’t offer refunds, but you can reschedule your session if needed. |

Transferable Bookings: your membership is personal, so sessions can’t be given to someone else. |

Storage policy: your pieces will be kept for a maximum of 3 months. |

Capturing the process: we sometimes take photos of the studio and creations for promotion. If you’d rather not appear, just let us know. |

Schedule Updates: we may occasionally need to modify, cancel, or reschedule sessions, but we’ll always try to find the best solution for you. |
